Cancellation Policy

Eden Reformer Pilates Wellness Centre – Facility Use General Waiver and Release of Liability By booking or using any facilities or services at Eden Reformer Pilates Wellness Centre ("the Centre"), including but not limited to the full spectrum infrared sauna, ice bath, jacuzzi, aqua fit classes, pilates classes and indoor heated pool, and gym, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in wellness activities and use of facilities such as saunas, ice baths, jacuzzies, pools, and exercise classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, burns, hypothermia, drowning, muscle strain, or other physical injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my use of the Centre’s facilities and participation in its programs. Health and Medical Conditions I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely using the facilities or participating in classes. I have disclosed any relevant health concerns to Centre staff prior to use. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity or using the Centre's facilities. Compliance with Rules I agree to follow all posted rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by the Centre and its staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of my use privileges. Release and Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Eden Reformer Pilates Wellness Centre, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to my use of the facilities or participation in classes, including injury, illness, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Centre and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my actions or omissions while using the facilities or participating in programs. Photography and Media I consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken of me during my participation for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation. Acknowledgement of Understanding I have read this waiver carefully, fully understand its terms, and sign it by booking voluntarily and without inducement.
