Cancellation Policy and General Waiver
How can I cancel or reschedule my class?
If you have a 10-class plan, you can log on to change your class. If you have a casual class, please email us with at least 12 hours' notice to change or cancel your class.
Eden Reformer Pilates Wellness Centre – Waiver and Release of Liability
By booking or using any facilities or services at Eden Reformer Pilates Wellness Centre (“the Centre”), including sauna, ice bath, jacuzzi, pool, gym, and classes, I agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand these activities involve risks (e.g. injury, burns, slips, drowning, muscle strain) and I voluntarily accept all risks.
Health Declaration:
I confirm I am fit to participate, have disclosed any relevant conditions, and understand it is my responsibility to seek medical advice before use.
Rules Compliance:
I agree to follow all Centre rules and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in loss of access.
Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Centre, its owners, staff, and contractors from any liability for injury, illness, or death arising from my use of the facilities or participation, including due to negligence.
Indemnity:
I agree to indemnify the Centre against any claims or costs arising from my actions.
Media Consent:
I consent to the use of photos or videos of me for promotional purposes without compensation.
Acknowledgement:
I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver voluntarily.
