Reformer Pilates — Our classic reformer class. Experience a full-body workout with our Reformer Pilates class, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Suitable for most levels, this class focuses on core stability and controlled movements for maximum results. Not sure if you're ready? Try our Gentle Strength reformer pilates class. 

 

Gentle Strength Reformer Pilates — Ideal for seniors, pre-natal, postpartum, those returning to exercise or looking for a safe, supportive way to move well and feel strong. This supportive class focuses on gently rebuilding strength, improving mobility and enjoying confident movement in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Classes are slower-paced and thoughtfully structured, with clear guidance and options to suit changing bodies and individual needs. Low-impact but effective, the exercises target functional strength, stability, and balance to support everyday movement and long-term wellbeing. 

Aqua Fit — The warm water helps relax muscles and makes movement easier, so the classes suit all fitness levels—from beginners to regular exercisers. Join a friendly, supportive group and enjoy an energising workout that leaves you feeling refreshed and strong.
