Classes are slower-paced and thoughtfully structured, with clear guidance and options to suit changing bodies and individual needs. Low-impact but effective, the exercises target functional strength, stability, and balance to support everyday movement and long-term wellbeing.
Reformer Pilates: Experience a full-body workout with our Reformer Pilates class, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Suitable for most levels, this class focuses on core stability and controlled movements for maximum results. Classes are faster-paced and involve some balancing. Not sure if you're ready?
