Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need any prior experience to join a class?

No prior experience is necessary, though if you haven't exercised in a while, we suggest joining our Gentle Strength Reformer Pilates class first.

2. How much are the Pilates classes?

Both the Reformer Pilates and Gentle Strength Reformer Pilates are $30 for a casual class pass. Currently, you can also buy a 10-class pack for $230, which you can use for either class. You must use your 10-class pack within 8 weeks.

3. What should I wear to a Pilates class?

We recommend wearing clean, comfortable workout attire that allows for a full range of motion. Fitted clothing is preferred, and you must wear clean socks. Grip socks are preferred and advised for safety. You can purchase some at the studio before your class.

4. How often should I practice Reformer Pilates?

For optimal results, we suggest practising Pilates at least 2 times a week. Consistency is key to building strength and improving flexibility.

5. Are there any age restrictions for Pilates classes?

Pilates is suitable for all ages. Seniors or those who haven't exercised in a while or have balance issues should join our Gentle Strength Reformer Pilates class.

6. How often does the workout routine change?

We switch up the routine every week, and will tweak the class to its participants.

7. How can I cancel or reschedule my class?

If you have a plan, you can log on to change your class. If you have a casual class, please email us with at least 12 hours' notice to change or cancel your class.
